Hi, I have recharged my Aircel MOBILE no with 158 and the plan was activated with 133 talktime and 1gb 2g network but the service providers charged me continuously and when i went to them for complaint they have barred my no to customer care and they have not yet provided the solution for that. The complaint no is 1-16221810381 after one week again i raised a complaint (1-16272707573)even that was not resolved
I have charged Rs 11 for this and i have not yet recharged my no as they are detecting balance continuously from my system…and i hate this customer service providers they are not even answering my questions. and barring my no so it does not connect to customer care
