At my office location in Kalkaji there was no signal, and the complaint was lodged with them in oct 2011. acknowledgement nos. from their nodal office were 1-6317321071, 1-6336401981, and many more. Oct 2012 we have shifted office to Gurgaon Sec 34 and again there is no signal when I am at my workplace.

For the whole day at my workplace this number is useless for me as there is no signal at the location for last 1.5 years. Wondering why they are raising bill and not bearing any penalty for this.

Either enable signal at my workplace or pay my 1.5 years bill amount + the life subscription amount back so that I shift back to some other Telecom service provide whose signal works at my work location.
