My number is 9911660xxx in aircel telecom. The connection on this number has been barred while I was in roaming. I made a complain in customer care regarding the same and request not to do the same since i am in roaming. They asked to submit document for to resume the services but did not provide any alternate way for the same. Since I was in Bihar during the same period so it was not possible to submit document that time.
I want to know from aircel, why they did the same? I also want Rs. 50000 compensation which i lose due to the connection barred.
