Everytime i access to internet using aircel services my balance is deducted saying you have been subscribed to a particular service. there is no option put whether you want to activate or not. there is no intimidation. Without making us aware the service provider activate certain type of services on my number. and then whenever i recharge my account balance is deducted automatically. keeping this situation in mind i am unable to recharge my account which makes me unable to call anyone. and at certain occasions it can prove fatal.

There should be a proper procedure whether you want a value added service to activate or not. Costumer should be made aware about it.
