This is a crap customer care no u have I have got a post paid connection 9095740444 from local Aircel office Coimbatore on 10/12/13 The SIM card is not working – not activated yet. The office of Aircel says call 59059 and that no is not reachable. And also Aircel post paid customer care says he can’t do anything for my problem. And he asked me so many hungry no of questions. Must be recorded in their logs at 09:30pm on 11/12/13. He used harsh words and he hung up the phone. Again called me back in his personal no and attacked me with unparliamentary words. 9750999209 this is his mobile no. This is the customer service Aircel provides.

I want action taken against the company and also of that individual who calls back at customers and uses in parliamentary words.
