My name is Hitesh Raghav and i am a consumer of Aircel India with a prepaid connection 9716116397. I am using this connection for last 3-4 months i have noticed some in consistencies in the account during the past too but i ignored. But on 30th of december i decided to complain about it , regarding to a recent wrong transaction. On 30th december some 2 rupees have been deducted from my account in the early hours may between 01-02 a.m . I enquired about it the next morning and their executive had told me that i have activated some dialer tone (through ussd code) . I objected it but he disconnected the call . The next day again deduction have been made to my account . This time i call gain to complaint and i talked to Mr. Aman and brief him about my concern that there might be some technical glitch and i have not dial any ussd code but he replied you have made a call to activate it . A contrasting statement to the earlier executive which has told me i have used some ussd. I requested him to make a complaint about the issue and provide me the complete detail but he refused to do so. So you can clearly see company is following mal-practices to generate the revenues.
It is a small thing if they just refund my money . They should be penalised in public interest. I want my complete refund and a complete report from the company side stating the cause of the problem . If it is found the complete thing is well planned and executed . I like to file a legal case of fraud against the company.
