Aircel – wrong deduction poor service by centre

SIR, I Recharged my Aircel No. 08896824391 WITH 8/- 3G NET PACK IN 13TH JANUARY 2014 NIGHT (Near about 10.00pm) then i checked my 3g net data on 14th jan 2014 at 12.20AM and it shows i Available data balance, So i used the net because the my account shows i have net balance but when net not works i checked my balance so it is 0.00/- but after 8/- net i have 110-8=102/- balance in my Aircel account and i also checked my data balance at 11.03AM then it shows available data balance in account, so i launched complaint to customer care and Appellate via Email(With Attachment) both replied your data pack expired on 12.00 but they don’t tell me why data available at 12.20AM and 11.03AM in my account when i checked,because of data available in my account so i used internet otherwise i use NET pack again.

according to me 102(wrong deduction) + 8/-(not used properly) + 40/-(logging complaint to aircel care,Appellate)=150/- OTHERWISE According to Consumer Forum Rules
