have aircel no which is 9768612526. I recharged a international call rate cuter of 19 rupees in march 17 which have validity of 1 month. It reduce the international call value like Bangladesh call 2.10 rupees/min which normally charge more than 10 rupees. On 6th of April i called Bangladesh for 9 min. which they charged 108 rupees. But i have the rate cutter. When i talked to customer care they did not clearly say anything about this and cut the phone.

So i demand my money back and also some action against this behavior.
