my aircooler was out of order. i lodged a complaint at usha on 23.04.14. req no. C14042301034 ref no. 746 mob no. by which complaint was lodged 8159066488 till now, after 7-8 times reminder, there is no response.

i want my work done. also want to know the cause of delay. obviously, its of no use to repair my aircooler in winter.
