Airtel 3G Data reduced by 300 MB overnight without any usage

I had taken airtel 3g connection after much delay from airtel. It took me over 3 weeks and 2 office visits in Jaipur’s Queen road customer care office ( kalpana ) to get my airtel connection for mobile. They kept on delaying and each customer care person had his own version on why is the delay.First they demanded money for issuing SIM and when I asked them to give me receipt , the customer care girls in Queen Road refused. It seem these girls are demanding 30-45 rupees from each customer without issuing any airtel receipt. Finally , after 3 weeks I got the connection . Now I took 1 gb data from local shop for 255/- on 11 dec . I had used aprox 600 MB till 31st Dec. On 1 Jan 2013 I saw my balance reduced by 300 MB without any usage and explanation. I called customer care and they bluntly refused to address as they claim their system shows I had been using internet over night. They do not have any means of justifying and falsely keep on reducing balance amounts – be it mobile phone or data ( internet ). I have complained in past 4 months about mobile phone balance too getting reduced without any justifications.

a)Refund of 200/- b)Airtel systems must generate usage ( cell phone or internet ) report per transaction / per session / day so that activity can be monitored . c)Online Address system on airtel rather than calling so that ticket is generated and can be tracked with proper justification
