hello, i recently port in airtel from uninor. I was activated internet pack having 500mb on 2g and 500 on 3g for 30days. Problem is that, i requested airtel for activation of 3g but they are failed to activating. So i could not download as 3g speed. I was sent sms 3G to 121, after that customer care message comes that says, ‘thank you for your request…’, and suddenly another message comes that, ‘Dear Customer,Your request corresponding to activate 3G services has failed’. I contacted customer care but they does not give sufficient answers but asks foolish questions… I am living Islampur, maharashtra. Here 3g is available, but doesn’t show network on my Nokia C5 (3G compatible) mobile. Please help me my email id is sumukh186@gmail.com
