Respected Sir, I have use a airtel prepaid connection. I have recharge my airtel connection with Rs.251.00 for it 3G mobile internet on dated 29/03/2013 at noon. But i didn’t get recharge of 3G mobile internet and the my bank balance was debited on that date. when i have inquired about it i got answer “you will get balance credit in your account” but till day i have not get any credit or it recharge. So, this is my humble request to you, sir please do needful in this matter and take step on it. Thanx and regards nitin patel
