i had taken airtel new connection activated on 2-2-13. i recharched with 3G balance today for 1GB with Rs.255. but the download speed was only 60-70 kbps. when i tried to contact with airtel personel i.e customer care, it was hard like getting good rank in civils. when the voice asks to confirm to talk with customer care, then a preloaded voice saying that ‘dial *121# to know about balance etc and thankyou for calling airtel is heard and line is cutoff. finally i succeeded in getting connection to them but i was austonished to here that their system shows my recharge for 3G but it was not registered was the answer. but they say that my mobile number is registed for 3G services. i cant understand why you irritate the customers. Earlier i was a customer of airtel for 8-9 years. but your irritating deeds shifted me to tata, which iam using even now. dont you understand simple logic that if you irritate customers the decrease in profits that you are facing now will go into loss?
