I am Saji from Bangalore. I have taken a Data Card connection 1 year ago. Everything was fine and I used to pay around Rs.850 for 1 year for 1 GB. In April i thought i should go for a plan for a lesser amount and I changed my plan to Rs.133 per Month. In the first week of May my usage was more and suddenly i was not able to browse. Then i contacted the customer care. They informed me that since i have exceed my limit, i have to wait for the next cycle to begin. But when i got the bill i was surprised to see that they have raised a bill for around 800+. Immediately i called the customer care and informed them about this and i told them to disconnect. After that i never used the card and changed to Vodafone. They offered me a good plan, Again after one month Airtel raised another bill for Rs.800+ even though i never used the connection.
