I have online recharged my phone with Rs 155 balance, for the 2G internet data plan. (9717707159) I was really surprised that they installed 3G data plan of 350 MB, instead of 1 Gb plan of 2G. It is clearly mentioned on Airtel website about there data plan. However when i spoke the customer care person from airtel, they told me that they dont have such plan or the 1 Gb data pack comes in 156 Rs pack. I am feeling cheated. Kindly look into the matter. Airtel 2G Speed
Since 2 months my airtel 2g internet become so slow that i cant be able to use it properly in my phone. Its speed is so pathetic. Another service provider gives quite good speed in 2g.
