On19-05-2015 i received an sms from AIRTEL which is as follows: “AIRTEL NEXGTV has been activated for 30 days @ Rs. 125 for 30 days.TXNID N660192413 (19 MAY 2015).Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To deactivate,call or SMS STOP to 155223.” AIRTEL is a cheater. Without my permission it has activated the service and deducted 125 rupees (which is huge) and now they are not refunding it.I talked to AIRTEL customer care during which they deactivated the service but refused to refund the money.
