Airtel – amount has been deducted not credited

Dear sir/madam My name is G.Manikandamurugan.i am using BHARTHI AIRTEL Ltd mobile service with this number(my mobile number is 8870398xxx). yesterday i made a online recharge of 3G data pack with the value of Rs 197. For this online transaction i used my axis bank account. the amount has been deducted from my account . after completing my online payment the page has been redirected to airtel page and it shows the error with the information of (failed transaction) . i here attached the page for your kind perusal. Regarding this, i made a call to Bharthi airtel ltd customer support to number 121 . while i was speaking the customer support person he treated me as a illiterate person and he disconnected the call without reason. i did not get the proper explanation from thier side . So i made a complaint to solve the problem The same issue happened in last month also this is third month. while i enquirer my financial transaction issue.they told that you will get the money on your account within 7 days.(my question is ) if i am not eligible to get offer the recharge,why should they debit amount in my account even if they refund the money , will they give the interest for my money during the period. if it happens to all customers, it will be huge amount collected from the public.there is a possibilities to misuse public money.here after no other public should affect like this
