On 17th May 2013 at 2:05 PM, I got a SMS saying “Internet pack on your airtel mobile will be renewed in 3days. You will be charged rs125 for 1GB valid for 30days. To deactivate this pack, dial *567*2#”. So on 19th May 2013 I made a recharge of Rs120 so that I will have balance of more Rs125 (my balance as on 20th May 2013 at 12:00 AM was 128.50), because I cannot afford of discontinue the service. But instead of renewing the service immediately after discontinue my old net pack, balance was detected from my main account and hence the my balacne went below Rs125. After deducting Rs 21.50 from my main account I get a SMS saying net pack could not be renewd because of insufficient balance. I want a clarification for why my net pack was not renewed immediately aftr the old net pack was discontinued, even though as on 20th May 2013 at 12:00 I had enough balance for getting the net pack renewed? I feel my self cheated here. Today morning I have even called the customer care but was not satisfied with the response that I got.
