I am an Airtel prepaid services user since long and right now frustrated due an incident that shook my trust on Airtel, my phone no is 9005124832 and i have been using airtel from 2007 but from last 2 days i have been facing so many problem and after complaining so many times my problem was not solved and my call was disconnected by supervisory exective when i was chasing for my complaint.on 23 july 2012 rs 206 was deducted from my account.they said that this deduction is due to use of gprs.but rs 206 is a good amount and it is not possible to deduct the whole amount from by balance for the reason of using gprs for few time.
