I have paid my airtel postpaid connection (9561077311) bill on 25-Oct-13 (before due date). but when I got the next bill it was saying the amount was due and did not credited to my account.
I have got the additional dues in my current bill statement and I have asked them to resolve it first and then I’ll pay this month bill. They are not at all ready to listen/help. I have shared the statement copy to them as well.
I want them to look into it asap and resolve this. I will not pay the additional charges as the deadline to pay this month’s bill would have been crossed by them untill they resolve the query. They promised me to do it by 4-Dec but have not yet resolved.
