Airtel – Bill Plan changed without intimation

Hi, I am using Airtel mobile no# 9718140xxx since last more than 3 years, suddenly they have changed my bill plan without any intimation. After several follow-up, they are trying to mislead the facts and told that the correction in bill is not possible because my previous bill plan was closed in Apr 14. But I know the same plan is still active on many numbers.

I don’t want any waive off in bills,I want correction in bill from 27 March 2014 onwards. because they have not intimated before changing bill plan and pasted bill-plan as per company choice.
