Since May 2013 we have been trying to migrate ownership of two individual numbers to corporate number and then activate CUG plan on these numbers. The ownership formalities were completed only by 19 & 23 Sept on these numbers. Since then we have been regularly following up for change of plan which has not been processed till date. We have spoken on customer care numbers, met airtel officials and written several emails but still no respite. There is no commitment or concrete response from the team till date. It is very frustating and causing lot of problem to us.
My bill plans should be changed immediately. My bills paid on account of lapse on part of Airtel should be reimbursed to me.
