I have got the airtel broadband connection 2 months back on a scheme of 6 months connection and paid 5500 Rs via Check to the organization, and post that there were numerous issues with the connection, device provided and data usage. we complaint again and again but in vein, now today we got a reply that the complete data of 6 months is over in just 2 months, we have not used this much data and no information was provided to me till now on the same, even the person who came for installation, is not reachable and picking up the call.

A loss of connectivity for official as well as personal work, Loss of 5500 Rs Pain of following up again and again without any response

We want either the connection get corrected with required clarification on the same, Or i need my money back as till now i have not used the service and it only followup and pain which i have received, The customer care service is very poor.
