My Airtel Broadband account number is 7014183201, my chosen bill plan was Airtel-ARP-UL-(3+1) Turbo Plus 1299 15 GB (4Mbps/512Kbps) combo plan with rental of rs. 4378 for 4 months which started from 23-7-14 and ended on 22-11-14. After that I received call from airtel office for confirming whether i want to continue same plan or not. I said I want to continue same plan that should start on 23-11-14 for period of 4 months but even after this they sent me monthly bill of rs. 1117.67 for the period from 23-11-14 to 22-12-14. I lodged complaint with airtel and they confirmed that I have been migrated to my original plan from 23-12-14 but on 24-01-15 they again sent me monthly bil of rs. 1459.56 for the period from 23-12-14 to 22-01-15.
I demand that i should be migrated to my original plan from 23-12-14 2. a minimum compensation of Rs. 1 lac should be given to me because even after raising the issue no action has been taken.
