I have some calls dropped on 25-Aug-2016. From number: 0484-3057666 To Airtel number: 9686XX7451 (My number) Occurred twice. First at 11:53 AM talked for a duration of 8 seconds. Second at 11:54 after talking for 18 seconds. Could you please tell me how can I go about this issue, so that there won’t be any more call drops?

This call was from Asianet Broadband, a broadband service provide at my location. I was facing some issues with their broadband connection and there was a field visit arranged. They were calling to get the exact home location to visit my house and check the internet connection issue. Since the call was dropped twice, they were not able do the field visit and resolve the issue I’m facing.
