Airtel – CUG group excess billing

I’ve 2 Airtel numbers: 9448585768, 9986553023. I had applied for these 2 numbers to be in the same CUG group at Infosys Mysore campus but when I received the bill, I see that all the calls between these 2 numbers are charged. I went to Airtel outlet in Infosys Mysore campus and registered a complaint but airtel representative calls me up and tells me that Parent ID is not updated and I’ve to send another request with ID proof to add these 2 numbers to CUG group. I do not understand how is it a customer’s mistake that Parent ID is not updated. Clearly one of airtel staff member has done the mistake so it’s their responsibility to fix it ASAP and revise bills for both the numbers. All the ID proofs have already been submitted at Infosys Mysore campus Airtel outlet. Thanks & regards, Vishal.
