It was a big mistake that I have MNP my Idea number (9911484790) to Airtel on 27th of November. Since that date I’m mentally disturbed. Airtel people mis-communicated and guided me wrong. Below are the points which you people have promised over call but nothing executed:- 1. 121 Executive told me to mail documents on 121@in.airtel.com but Nodal team saying its not possible and Airtel never accepts documentation over mail. 2. Nodal Team promised me twice over call that they will arranging a visit to collect my documents and re verify my billing address. 3. Yesterday Nodal Team person told me that not to write anymore over email as he is handling my case now and ensured me that a person is visiting my place to collect the documentation. 4. Today, I myself called to nodal office and they are saying I have to visit ARC to reactivate my number. 5. On 5th December, I visited ARC to submit the documents but they had different story. They told me that my number is blocked and can’t be reactivate now. I have submitted everything on time like documents and fees even my Idea postpaid bill copy. The Airtel executive had filled my address wrong on form and I’m suffering. MY NUMBER IS NOW PERMANENTLY BLOCKED BECAUSE OF AIRTEL FAULT ONLY. They have disturbed me mentally taken Rs 250 but I don’t have services I was expecting from Airtel.
I want my number back in working condition. Written apology letter from Airtel. Punishment, so that it should not repeat again to anyone in future.
