They once told me about a std calling pack worth rs 50.. By activating that std calling rate would slash to 50 paise per minute..which earlier was 1 rs per minute.. I told the customer care executive to activate that,, bt he replied k due to some technical difficulty,, he is unable to activate it ,, and adviced me to visit there customer care centre,, which was in a crowded market with no parking space .. I had to park my car there by side of the street which was hit by a paaser by scooter,, moreover wen I entered th cetre,, the executive there handed me a cordless phone to dial and talk to customer care which was again having technical difficulty,, nd again it could not be activated.. now wt fun was there to invite me to the customer centre.. nyhow,, I told them to put me on waiting request ..bt they told me the couldnt ,, nd I will have to visit again.. 2-3 days after I again visited.. bt same reply,,,” technical difficulty”.. nw it has been 3 months nd I hav visited 7-8 times nd called countless times.. bt still it hasnt been activated,, I even sent an email to them ,, which was not delivered 3TIMES..I m frd up..

Improve services.. nd government should check there strategies like this ,, to grab some extra money from customers… Nd I want my money refunded..
