Airtel deactivation of hello tune without pre information

I was using airtel(9840921598) no almost 6 years. 3 years before i got an offer for hellotune. With that offer i was using the hello tunes for 3 years. For the past one month i didn’t recharge my no, for that my hello tunes has been deactivated. I just called up to the complaint no (198) and they said that you didn’t recharge so we have deactivated it . So kindly make it simple to continue the service as soon as possible without giving much headache to the customer.

Why has Airtel all of a sudden became so customer unfriendly company ?
