Dear Sir / Madam, My Airtel prepaid Number is +91 – 87674660XX (from mumbai). i recharged rupees of 120/- on 27.05.2013 bt after 2 -3 days on 30.05.2013 it becomes 60 rupees. i made only two / three calls i receive massages like mediphone services, internet services activating etc…. which i don’t said & forced to activate. i called so may times to customer care no 121, but they are not lifting phone / not responding what happening??? you people all are always activate unwanted service which we don’t want. i don’t think that you people activate all such cheap techniques. simply your company is bluffing with customers. i want my money refund. i hope you people will necessary action.
