Dear Sir/Madam I have Airtel GSM connection no. 9572062xxx. Airtel always cheats with me I found that some deductions were made in every month for 3 months. On lot of persuation with Airtel Customer Care, the problem wasnot resolved. On 27/04/2014 balance was reduced from Rs. 450/- as per Customer Care 3G Services/GPRS was activated without my knowledge. Each time, I recharge the amount, the balance will get reduced immediately without my permission. Last month Rs.500 has been deducted some other services have been activated without my permission. I have contacted the Customer Care Services many times but nobody is resolved my compliant. I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Airtel company.
