I had sent cancellation request for my mobile number 9922720xxx on 15th March 2014. Airtel took 15 days to deactivate the number and I struggle lot to make it disconnect. As per rule monthly rent should not be calculated in the bill from the day when de-activation request sent/received. I am continuously contacting them to correct the bill but neither customer care unit nor nodal office replies. Same thing happened of my other number from same provider number is 77570 14773
I should get correct bill for both numbers and 15 days rent for my number should not be adde/calculated in the bill. I have proof of emails which were sent to customer care and nodal teams.
