Dear Sir / madame I Sk Shabeer Ahmed customer of airtel service from may 2005. I applied to port for my number 994929xxx and regarding this i have received a call from a female customer care on 12/04/2014 at 18:35 from this number 8049309xxx and i explained my problem against call cost sms and net pack are higher side so i cant effort for it so and i told i want offer only my call cost reduction i even explained other service offer to her she replied that we can give 36 p/min but i asked only 10 p/min for airtel local and other as 30 p/min she said she can not give the offer and i replied that I don’t your offer she replied will you continue in airtel service then i said its my wish. Then Here she asked my district and pin code , when asked why you want these details then she started threatening me that she will disconnect my airtel connection within one hour then i said its my wish to continue in airtel or i will keep my airtel number for incoming calls only or dummy in my mobile in raised voice then she disconnect the call is this fair I am asking is this fair way to talk the one of old customer who is using your service from may 2005 and i will lodge a compliant in consumer court. I want answer and action for why she was threatening me that she disconnect my connection
i want correct answer and proper way of response. and call cost reduction as 10 p/min for any mobile with lifetime validity
