I got the Airtel DTH installed on my two television sets. From first day, I am not getting proper signal quality and the connection works at its free will. I lodged a complaint no. – 32171730 on 27th July. No one visited me or even contacted me and then to my surprise the problem status was changed to “RESOLVED”. Today again I have lodged a complaint no.- 32685592. Further, their response time is 24-48 hours which was never communicated while selling the connection. At the time of selling the connection, I was told that 24 x 7 customer support is available but now I am being told that engineer can visit to attend any problem only between 9 am to 7 pm. That means in case the problem comes up after 7 pm ( and that is the time when most of working professionals like us get time to watch television), it will not be resolved till next day. It is nonsense. Kindly esclate this issue in Airtel DTH.
Reimbursement of all the costs I have paid to Airtel for this connection.
