I have deposited online a sum of Rs.2,200/- on 24.12.2013 for Airtel digital TV ID 3000177496 which has been confirmed by SMS. Still I am receiving the message through SMS on my registered Mobile No.9831163432 and also on TV Screen that I have to recharge the monthly subscription and also the balance is not shown in my account. According to SMS the DTH service will be discontinue within 10th January, 2014. I do not understand why the credit of Rs.2,200/- on 24.12.2013 not given to the aforesaid ID Account. Please revart back at your earliest. R K NOWAL
