Airtel Digital TV – Not inform any hike monthly bills

I Recharged my aritel dth connection on 9th May 2015 with Rs195/- for one moth pack and there was balance already in my account, but it is showing expiration on may 4 2015. How can they suspend the account before due date ( 8th or 9th june) This is happening every month, we are even unable to view our statement online on their site. Airtel is looting the customers, first of all they do not inform about any hike in monthly bills and suspend the account without any intimation. regards Mahesh g Account Number: 3004646544
