With deep dissatisfaction & losing my patience I finally request you to kindly either solve my below mentioned issues treating them as most urgent or let me know as to how get my current balance on Airtel Digital TV igital Tv back to my account as if said issues are not solved within next 5 working days I shall be happy to get said connection surrendered & replace it with other service providers. Also please strictly note that please don’t irritate me calling every now and then on my phone rather either contact me through mail or wait till you have final solution before calling because executive keeps on calling with same rubbish questions of issues. Issues are as under : 1. I am trying to activate pocket TV on my mobile but despite of so many trials since last few months it’s still not working. 2. When I request for adding any channel from my RTN, request is not processed while earlier it never took more than 5 minutes. So please look in to the matter and provide solution immediately. Again do not irritate calling on mobile rather use mail for communication. I will send copies of this mail to as much as mail id’s I get of airtel customer care so as to reach to most senior authorities. I have sent above mail so many times but no resolution
Resolution. At least they should know that they are doing nothing. also if possible they let me know how can I get my current balance back so that I can switch to other provider.
