Dear Sir / Madam, I Prosenjit Das customer of Airtel Digital TV bearing Customer ID 3006124282 since Nov’10 is informing with deep regret that I am very unsatisfied with this kind of unprofessional customer service of Airtel Digital TV. I would like to state some very important and crying reasons for which I want to quit this kind of service which are as bellow’s.
Hence I request you to look above mentioned issues as soon as possible and replace the faulty STB on and immediate basis. I will be very grateful to Airtel Digital TV if this possible thing happen which is impossible for them.
