Sir, I sujay sarkar, an Airtel DTH user for last three years with customer ID. 3006284227 and register Mb No. 9699048920 all are going ok until 13/06/2013. On 13.06.13 I got an error code B001 for no signal and I complained on the same day with complain No. 31098360 and they ensured me to repair my DTH by 7PM next day. But next day no ones comes to my home to repair DTH instead they sent me a massage saying “your problem has been solved”. And it repeated three times, every time I complained they gave a new complain no, they promised to repair by next day but no ones come and sent massage saying “your problem has been solved”. On 19.06.13 I complained on Airtel website complain box with complain No. DT061900049 and after that on 22.06.13 an engineer bearing mobile No. 8080980932 first visited my hose and he didn’t able to repair it. On 29.06.13 at last came an engineer bearing mobile No. 9699726717 repaired my DTH and charged me Rs.285/- (125+160) for replacement of spare and service charges. So I was denied by Airtel DTH services for 17 days (13.06.13 to 29.06.13). On 06.07.13 around 2 PM when I called customer care for refund my lapse period cost for which DTH services were denied, they not only refuse to do that but they insult me very much. So my appeal is whatever services provide by Airtel DTH are justifiable?
i want refund of 17 days rental + cost of sport pack.
