Hello Sir, This is Navaneethan. I got a Post Paid connection in the month of March 2014 and the airtel people in chennai said the monthly rental will be 299. and they said 60 minutes will be free calls every month and 100 messages will be free. But the bill amount got higher from the first month onward moreover i did not Use that number 8870866xxx, this is my number from airtel in chennai. they cheated like anything. U can also check the data base and usage details by collecting from the airtel people. I want to file and register this complaint against airtel because they did not follow the rules and regulations what they promised to me now i am in trouble. every month they said different and higher amount as a rental for unusage number and last 3 months back i called customer care number and i asked to disconnect the number they promised to disconnect the number what i have mentioned above. but they asked to pay the due. So immediately i paid all they dues and they did not disconnected that number after few days i checked till now that is for last two months the number is active only. they are not disconnecting the number after requesting to disconnect my number and closure request also. I don’t know why these people are cheating for a simple money. I want to register this complaint to You to take further action and i need the proper compensation also. because several times i have made a complaint to the airtel people after speaking for long time they never did what i requested. they cheated my mobile balance only got spent. So i want to take further action against airtel/ This is my Written and Email complaint against airtel. I request you to take further action. Today that is 13/8/2014 i got a bill payment of Rs.254. I dont know why i should pay money for disconnected number that i asked to close that number. They are trying to cheate me and i have made more than 10 calls. you can check airtel call list and audio calls are recorded. please consider my case do me favour. i got bill and after request also they are not disconnecting the number. No Proper Response was handled or followed by the Airtel People. Misbehavior and Inappropriate behavior in handling the customer.
