Airtel Discontinued Plan Without Information

I’ve Airtel postpaid connection and have 899 plan, my cycle generally starts on 16 of current month and ends on next month’s 18, on the month of November, my cycle starts on 16/09/2014 and it will be ending on 17/09/2014, I’ve made a little correction in my existing plan on 25/09/2014, actually I’ve transferred some of my local minutes pack into 3G internet pack, but the problem is from the same date they have stopped my existing plan and start charging on pro-data basis, and no information provide me on the regarding of this plan discontinuing, as I’ve no idea about this and was continue using my facilities according to my plan and at the end of the cycle they have send me bill of 4700rs, where is my fault in all this, that executive also not told me about the terms and condition of any plan changing, or plan discontinuing while plan change in mid of cycle, or without any information why they increased my credit limit of billing.

I paid 1000rs out of 4700rs, I want rest 3700rs they have to take back from my account
