Dear sir/madam I Diptimaya request you to refund my amount i gave to make my number prepaid to postpaid because the plan was fully wrong i gave to the distributor Rs250 and i already send my bill receipt to airtel.presence @in.airtel.com please enquire about my complain as soon as possible.

Recently have observed many changes in Airtel prepaid charges and plans. Recently opted for Bonus 35- STD Bonus which gives 35 paise /per minute discounted tariff for 90 days. After 1 month, my STD charges actually reverted to normal tariff and when enquired in Airtel, came to know they have decreased the number of days from 90 to 30 for Bonus 35. There will have been many customers who have lost so much money because of wrong plan details being displayed/Updated rate/plans not up-to-date in Airtel site. Please ensure this is corrected.
