Hi, I ordered new Airtel DTH box after my existing set top box was having problems. I was supposed to be installed within yesterday that is 3.11.2014. The visiting engineer asked for excess money( as promised over the phone) which I refused to pay. In return, he started to abuse me and told me that no will ever install my set top box and he will see to that. Now, My current connection with ID 3007659668 has been deactivated and my new connection is not being processed. I have tried reporting this to Airtel customer care but they don’t intend to take complaint against their own employee. With no hope, and no way of dealing with this misbehavior I am seeking your help. I am being harassed for not paying extra money without any reason and I would like you to help me in this matter. The employee who misbehaved and who is not installing my set top box is Sahil Singh. He is also the son of the local Airtel dth dealer. Kindly, look into this matter. Sir/Madam, I want to renew my connections due to my existing set top box is having a problem. I have already booked my new connection over the phone. But the local employee is not willing to install my new set top box. Please help me regarding this matter. My existing DTH services has been stopped and the new connection is still not installed. This is very serious issue that that I am being misbehaved over the phone and told that my installation will not be processed. I would like you to look into the matter as soon as possible. I want my Airtel DTh installed and an apology for misbehaving with me and my family by this employee of airtel. I have complained against him in airtel customer care and they are not considering it.
