I have ported my 6 mobile connections from Airtel to Vodafone in September 2014. Vodafone has activated their services from 11th September onwards. before porting out my connections I have cleared all my dues with Airtel, then only they have given clearance to port out. Now after 2 months of porting out my connections. Airtel is asking for some pending bill, I have asked them to send me bill for the same, but till date they have not send me the bill. & now they have barred my connection ( outging calls are barred) I have repeatedly asked them verbally & thru various emails but till date they have not send me the bills. My affected phone no.s are – 9730028xx , 9730013xxx, 9766323xxx & 9730014xxx. Airtel is not co-operating & extorting money from us without giving service & reply as well. Kindly take strict action against them & compensate me against financial as well as mental torture I am going through.
Economically I have losses 50,000/- because of barred connection & Mentally I am getting harresed because of Airtel.
