Dear Sir My Self Durga Prasad and i take a Airtel post Paid Connection in jan 2012 and i surrender it in 16 jan 2012 (Use only 10-15 days)due to bad service and misbehave from Airtel Staff in relationship center and that time and paid all unfilled amount and close it. after generate bill i find i made 472.42 rs extra payment to airtel and contact for refund but therefor they told me the payment is refunded on my address, whenever i not received that payment. and when i ask for details of courier and check they provide me wrong details. and not refund it to till date.please help me and resister my complain against Airtel. i submitted mailing conversation on attachment, airtel has mentally harassment me and cheat me. thanks with regards Durga Prasad 9971473xxx
