Airtel – flaw in their system and many customers might face

Hi, I am using airtel post-paid connection (9676996532). I have take Rs 99/= 2GB GPRS Data plan for internet use. Every month when usage reaches around 1048 MB (1/2 of 2GB or so), I used to get sms from airtel regarding the usage and then I used to restrict internet usage. But, this time around, I did not receive any such messages. On 14th Dec 2013, I got a message stating that usage is reaching credit limit and I have to pay to enjoy uninterrupted service. When I asked airtel, they told me that sms is indeed sent to my mobile. I told that that though I agree that sms might be sent from your system, it is never delivered to my mobile. All the time they said that they have sent. I have asked several time about the delivery report but they always mentioned sent sent and sent only.

This is not about something Rs. 4500/= bill amount. This is about the pain, depression and humiliation that I have gone through. What relief can be provided on this. How can they do so? I am sending you the email communications that has happened between customer care of airtel and me for your reference. Not only the full waiver of charged amount, but also the sincere apology as they should be thankful that I am telling them the flaw in their system and many customers might face it and then may look for different vendors
