Airtel has been issuing bills against my name without providing me any connection. I have even received a legal notice of “failure of payment” from the court. I have personally called them , visited their office and tried all means to understadn the issue. I have been in touch with Parag Sathe of Airtel and he has been extremely non-cooperative. I have even come to know that the connection was issued in my name without any valid documents and my consent and utilized by ‘some’ person unknown to me whose bill I am being forced to pay. I am concerned that this “person” may be a terrorist or miscreant and has been issued connection in my name to him/her (as evident, he/she wouldn’t have got a connection through papers provided by him/her) and I might be in a problem due t this tomorrow. Airtel has done this deliberately to harass the consumers and is providing connection to ineligible people without valid papers, on someone else’s paper. This is a complete harassment for me. I have been defamed, hence I am devastated mentally and physically and am seeking immediate justice.

I want an apology letter from the authority of Airtel, providing a proper explanation as to why and how this took place. I want the people involved in racket to be sacked from their job and proper legal investigation initiated against them. I also want monitory compensation for my harassment.
