In spite of complaining to the customer care twice in last 3 months, about the deactivation of Airtel Friends Chat Service, the service is still active on my mobile. I get Daily more than 4 to 5 sms from Airtel Friends Chat Service. And above all, Every midnight around 3AM, I get SMS from unknown people. It is very irritating for me. And also, i have been deducted more than Rs. 100 /- since 3 months now. Please Refund my money and also stop the service immediately.
