From the month of July2013 till May 2014 I didn’t received the Hard Copy Bill even after complaining about that each month once and twice . I even escalate this to Golden Care Representative and Airtel care but each time I got the same answer “it is delivered on the so and so date and they are claiming that it is received by me or my family member which is not the case and they are giving random person name every-time. To have proper delivery of bill I also cross checked my full address with landmark details which is verified by Airtel company. Following are the complaint no which I filled to get original bill 14348894 38098648 39845236 39856390 34577770 308141966 330546746 Because of your company unreliable service and response I requested to cut connection .There after I received three calls from your company and they assured that in the future it not going to repeated. Several mails has send to nodalofficer.kk@in.airtel.com appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com But each time same positive response with negative result Few electronic copy of bills are send via postal services . Not the original hardcopy
want full return of financial damage cost to me with compensation
