I am unable to change my bill plan online through “my account” login. I want to select a plan with lower monthly rental but i am unable to do it. when i call customer care, response is so rude. it has been 10 days that i am paying excessive monthly rental just because of airtel’s fault.
i am being harrased financially by airtel @ 999 rupees per month.
A quick resolution to my problem.
